I understand the importance of a budget. I believe it is an essential tool to analyze the success of your event, but it also helps to establish guidelines for your future events. Together, we will review your budget from the beginning of our planning all the way through to post-event to ensure all event costs have an intentional impact.
Event Production
I want to make sure your event is flawless… at least to you and the audience! I will source and support design for Staging, decor, audio/visual, venue diagrams, set-up, breakdown, and much more. My goal is for your event’s production to have an elegant and noticeable impact to your audience.
Sponsor & Speaker Management
No need to stress with your Speaker and/or Sponsor communication. I want to be your speaker/sponsor hand holder from pre-event to onsite. I will make sure they feel comfortable, confident, and prepared leading up to the event. I will handle asset request and retrieval, along with full onsite support. Your sponsors and speakers will feel like they are the VIPS they should be.
